The deranged lawmaker promises that as a defense attorney, he will do the following to young children who take the stand to testify against those accused of abusing them:
“I’m going to make sure that the rest of their life is ruined, that when they’re 8 years old, they throw up; when they’re 12 years old, they won’t sleep; when they’re 19 years old, they’ll have nightmares and they’ll never have a relationship with anybody.”
Lawyers are scum. This one makes the typical scum look halfway respectable. Fagan should be disbarred for such behavior and made to beg on the street.
Of course we must bear in mind that Fagan would not do the same if the child on the witness stand were his daughter, niece, or the child of a close friend.

Maybe James Fagan is a pedophile and this is why he feels so strongly about protecting his own kind.

I wouldn’t quite go that far, I think he’s just another bottom-feeding lawyer. The only difference between him and the rest of the legal profession is that he doesn;t see the need to hide his sliminess.

I’m not so sure that he would make an exception, even if his own child were the victim. I’ve had the unfortunate fate of dealing with attorneys too many times and I have come to know that the vast majority of them have literally sold their souls to Satan and will do whatever their self-interest demands. People need to wake up to the fact that evil walks among us and even sits on the benches of our courts. To extirpate this cancer we must use extraordinary measures. Someone who feels at liberty to say these things should certainly be disbarred and also tried for hate crimes.
