Whether she gets paid $10 an hour or $1000, it matters not. If she were working the streets of Cincinnati, she’d be in prison by now. Instead, she is still free to enlist a lawyer who claims her rights were violated when her MySpace photos were put on TV.
I’ve viewed her MySpace page, wondering what sort of person she is. I wanted to feel pity for her initially- a young girl caught up in a political scandal and all. When you read her website on MySpace, it is clear this is a little girl obscessed with money, even if it means spreading her legs for amorous old men.
Unfortunately, our society celebrates this type of lifestyle. Rather than being ridiculed as a overpriced whore, she is looked at as sexy, even admirable. Years ago this behavior would not have been tolerated. Dupre would have been placed in jail and shunned by respectable people everywhere. Unfortunately, with the carnival that is the modern media, decent people are forced to look at her as she is portayed in a positive light.
So as not to be accused of being prejudicial against women, let me be clear. Spitzer also is a filthy excuse for a person. He also clearly belongs in jail. He used the money that the people of New York paid to him in the form of a salary to enlist the sexual services of this little bitch. Both of them are shameless examples of individuals whose lust and greed have outgrown their self-control.
I’m fully in favor of expanding the death penalty. I think for those who work as whores or run with them, it is a fitting punishment.
